Supinator syndrome is a compression of the motor branch of the radial nerve in the supinator muscle. It can occur in baseball pitchers by repetitive forceful elbow rotation. The compression can lead to weakness in extending the fingers and thumb and lateral pain in the elbow (Sports Health. 2025 May-Jun;17(3):470-473)
